What is ArtMart? Who is running ArtMart?

ArtMart is a 1-week long digital pop up shop. Our idea is to create the closest thing we can to an online Artist Alley!

While the artists are located all across the world, our pop-up warehouse is located in Cincinnati, OH. This is a unique opportunity to purchase from many different artists, with all of their work in one box, delivered right to your doorstep!

ArtMart is a collaborative artists' project and is currently curated and maintained by founders MOTEL777 and Curlworks. 

Artists featured in ArtMart 2022 include: Bleucan, Boper9, CloverHare, Houndsaint, jpegdisco, LYCHGATE, MilkMade, MOTEL777, SleepyThymeArt, Stablercake, Taliruq, and Zakeno/K CO.

How long will ArtMart be open?

ArtMart will be open for one week only, from November 9 to November 16.


When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped after the shop closes, from November 21-30. We intend to have all orders out by December 1 to guarantee holiday delivery!

(Note: we cannot guarantee holiday arrival for people outside the US, but it should be pretty close!).


Do you ship internationally?

We absolutely do (with the exception of the UK & Germany)! However, with expected holiday delays, we anticipate packages will take longer to ship than usual.

Packages will be fulfilled in a clean environment, with healthy participants. If you are concerned about COVID-19 transmission, you can unpack the order wearing gloves, and wash any product or apparel before use!

Do you ship to the UK/Germany?

Due to Brexit laws, we cannot ship directly to the United Kingdom. Recently, Germany has passed laws that requires certain licensing to ship to the country without incrruing fees. To order from ArtMart, we recommend having a friend from another country order on behalf of you, then have them ship the package to you.

What is your return/refund policy? What if my order gets lost in the mail?

Due to the temporary nature of ArtMart, all sales are final. Make sure you purchase the proper sizes and variations for products.

If your package does not arrive or is damaged, please contact us ASAP at artmartcollective@gmail.com, and we will sort things out! Unfortunately, USPS becomes very busy during the holiday season, and with the added issue of COVID-19 we predict there will be package delays.

If USPS says your package has arrived but it has not, give it a few days before reaching out — USPS commonly marks packages as delivered prematurely during the holidays. Also make sure to check for your package around your property, or see if a neighbor has picked it up.
